Casey and Eric’s wedding was extra special for me. Although it was shorter than a typical wedding day, I got to see Eric again, who had worked with me at Annet and Brad’s wedding back in 2019! Plus, Casey and Eric are relaxed and trusting, two amazing qualities to have in a wedding couple!
I knew from our first meeting that Casey valued beautiful detail images. Of course, we bonded over this, and I scheduled time to ensure her wedding day jewelry, paper products, and florals were specially styled. I particularly loved Casey’s bouquet with its autumnal colours contrasting with the light blue backdrop of the room where she got ready. With a simple prep time with her mother and maid of honour, Casey was essentially ready by the time I arrived. The relaxed morning allowed her to be more present on her wedding day. There was no need to be frazzled over any delays!
After prep, we head to Cutten Fields Golf Club, a 10 minute drive away. Cutten Fields was the venue for the ceremony, family photos, and husband and wife portraits. The entire day can be described just like Casey and Eric: classic, tastefully simple, and sweet. With lots of time scheduled for portraits, Casey and Eric were troopers in what ended up being really windy conditions. In fact, I actually love wind (movement!), especially when couples are willing to enjoy the process. Often we end up with a lot of laughter and snuggles.
Casey and Eric, from our first online call to getting to be with you both on your wedding day, I thoroughly enjoyed the process. It was so incredibly easy to work with and just spend time with you guys! May your wedding images bring you joy as your relive this really special day. Thank you for letting me be a part of it!

Welcome to the blog!
This is where we share recent weddings & sessions, as well as informative articles, wedding planning tips, and a little bit about my life!
When I'm not shooting beautiful people in beautiful places, you're most likely to find me reading, taking walks along the beach, or trying out new restaurants with my husband!
